The Shooters AAA organization is dedicated to the development of the mind of the young athlete.  We don’t want to just take a group of all stars to tournaments all over North America, and compete with the best the spring/summer teams have to offer.  Anyone can compete…we want to teach mental hockey development, and win!

 Our plan of attack is to develop our players minds so that at the top of the pyramid, where all the players have the talent and the physical tools, ours will have the final and deciding component…their minds.  This component will separate them from their competitors and ultimately help them to achieve their goals of playing college or professional hockey.

 Shooters AAA coaching and recruitment staff is made up of professional players and coaches, college players, and current youth and junior team coaches.  Shooters AAA has our finger on all the news on all the top players and we only go for the best.

 We do our best to keep costs down for the families, and give our coaches bonus’ for winning tournaments.  You won’t hear that from other organizations.
